Dear Janice, Just a brief note to thank you for the wonderful care you've given Dad generally, and most especially over the past several weeks. He has made a remarkable recovery since he returned to the Cottages from his last hospital stay, and in no small measure I attribute that to you and your outstanding efforts. You are attentive to the slightest change in a resident's demeanor (both physical and otherwise), never too busy to stop by with a cheerful "hello" or to answer a question, and someone in whom I've grown to have a great deal of confidence in overseeing the medical care of my father. Thank you Janice for all that you've done to maintain my Dad's good health. You are truly a valued member of the Cottages' administrative staff.
